I order Valentine's Day flowers from Carol at Four Winds Florist every year for my mom, and she always does an amazing job! The flowers are first class and the arrangements are so goregous. Super nice and friendly and on time with their deliveries!
They did my wedding in 2013 and it was absolutely perfect! They were spot on with absolutely everything I wanted! I definitely recommend them and would trust them with any event.
I ordered funeral flowers from their website on Saturday to be delivered the following Tuesday. On Tuesday, AFTER the service was over, I got an email notification that their shop was closed and they had cancelled my order. Very poor customer service.
I came home from work, walked through the door my husband ask me where are your flowers. I replied " what flowers", he stated he had ordered me some fowers, they were suppose to be delivered to your place of work. The next day around 2pm the flowers were delivered to my place of work. So I would not rare them so high maybe a 1 for effort
