We met the folks here and knew we were in great hands. The buying experience was very positive, but the search was even better. Cindy and the whole crew displayed exceptional patience even when our needs changed mid-search. We're glad we began the process with Cindy Viehman and the Foothills Realty team and we will continue to be fans and rely on their expertise in the future!
We are new to the area coming from Pennsylvania and went through multiple realtors on our quest for a new residence. Our satisfaction level was low and we were very disappointed. The realtors just sent us listing after listing, via the internet, until we would pick a home that we liked and informed them we are interested in viewing the home. They would then come and open the door for us to see. We didn't know the area, roads, stores or any of the typical things one would want to know before making a large purchase such as this so it was very frustrating. We were basically on our own. Well, at least until we switched our realtor once again. This time we chose Tryon Foothills Realty and met with a woman named Myrna. WOW. What a difference. Myrna took my wife out on a detailed and informative tour of the area and it's surroundings. Unfortunately, I couldn't be present due to my work but my wife fell in love with both the area and Myrna. Upon my return, Myrna took me on the tour. She described all the areas we drove through and talked about the pros and cons with respect to our needs. She has been living in the area and selling real estate for many years and is extremely knowledgable. Both my wife and I noticed from the beginning when we met her, wherever we went with Myrna, people around us would stop what they are doing to come over and say "hello" and many would even give her a big hug. It turns out that a lot of these people were previous clients of hers. We finally purchased a beautiful home through Myrna and we became another couple to join the "hug Myrna club" every time we see her. Now, I do have to say, Foothills Realty has an entire staff that walks in Myrna's footsteps giving equal amounts of attention to clients as she does. None better... I have worked with several agents but none that have worked as hard, not as honestly. The ethic that this company has is bar none the best I've experienced. They are local, they understand the area and do not have an attitude at all. They will do everything they can to do the best for their clients. I highly highly recommend them.
